What is EdgencyOS, in one breath?

It's your own website where performers get a personal profile page (a "microsite") at their own web address — like rionraz.edgencyos.com — that they can build and edit themselves. Agencies can hold many artistes under one login and get a roster page too.

Part 1 · For a solo artiste

Get your own microsite in 5 minutes

Use case: Rio is a DJ. He wants one link he can put in his Instagram bio so venues can see his profile, watch his showreel and contact him. He makes his microsite himself — no designer, no developer.
  1. Go to edgencyos.com and click the orange “Create your microsite” button (top-right).
  2. Choose “Solo artiste.” The page asks who you are — pick the microphone option.

  3. Fill the short form: your act name, type (DJ, band, singer…), language, duration, then your web address (we suggest one from your name — e.g. rionraz), and finally your email + password (that's your login).
  4. Click “Create my account.” Your microsite is live instantly at yourname.edgencyos.com.
  5. Add the good stuff. You land on your dashboard — click Edit to add your photo, bio, rate card (kept private!), photo gallery, videos and social links, then Save. Done.
Your link is your microsite address. Share yourname.edgencyos.com anywhere — Instagram bio, WhatsApp, business cards. It updates live every time you edit.

Editing later

Come back any time: go to edgencyos.com/edit.php, sign in with your email + password, and you'll see your microsite with an Edit button. Change anything, hit Save — it's live immediately.

Two things are private and never shown publicly: your rate card (your prices) and your login. Your public page only shows what you'd want a booker to see.

Part 2 · For an agency or manager

One login, a page for every artiste, plus a roster

Use case: Priya runs Sunrise Talent with 6 acts. She wants each act to have its own bookable page and one agency page that lists them all. She also wants her two bookers to log in and help — but not be able to delete things. EdgencyOS does all of this under a single agency account.

Step A — Create the agency account

  1. At edgencyos.com click “Create your microsite”, then choose “Agency / manager.”
  2. Enter your agency name, pick your agency address (e.g. sunrise → sunrise.edgencyos.com), and set your email + password. Click create — you're taken to your dashboard.

Step B — Add your artistes

On the dashboard, click “+ Add artiste” for each act. Each one gets its own address (e.g. neontide.edgencyos.com) and its own editable page. The booking contact is pre-filled from your agency details — change it per artiste if you like.

Step C — Your roster page fills itself

Your agency page at sunrise.edgencyos.com automatically shows every artiste as a card that links to their microsite. When an artiste updates their photo, the roster updates too — you never edit it by hand.

Step D — Invite your team (with roles)

Click Team on the dashboard → Add member. Enter their name, email, a role, and a password you set and share with them (no email is sent — you hand it over). What each role can do:

ManagerAdd & edit all artistes, edit the roster page, invite members. Can't delete the whole account or the owner.
EditorEdit artistes only. Can't add/remove artistes or manage the team.
ViewerLook, don't touch — read-only.
Safe by design: only an Owner can manage other Owners, and the system won't let you remove the last Owner or delete yourself — so you can never accidentally lock everyone out.

How logins work: log in at edgencyos.com/edit.php with the email & password you chose when you signed up. Agencies: everyone on your team logs in at the same place with their own email & password.

If something looks off

Common questions

An artiste's address doesn't open / shows “address is free”.
Give it a minute after sign-up (new web addresses take a moment to activate). If it still shows the “claim this address” page, the artiste hasn't finished registering — the address is created but no profile is attached yet.
“I forgot my password.”
In an agency, your Owner can set you a new one from the Team screen. Otherwise, contact the EdgencyOS team and they'll reset it for you.
My photo/video won't upload.
Photos & documents must be under 10 MB; showreel videos under 60 MB. Photos are automatically shrunk to load fast. Use JPG/PNG for images, MP4/MOV for video — or just paste a YouTube/Vimeo link instead of uploading.
The design changed but my browser shows the old look.
Do a hard refresh (⌘/Ctrl + Shift + R). The site now auto-refreshes its styling on updates, so this is rare.
Can one artiste sit under two agencies?
No — each artiste belongs to one account. If an artiste moves between agencies, the EdgencyOS team can reassign them for you.
Do team members get an email invite?
Not automatically (no email is set up). When you add a member you set their password and share it with them yourself.

Plain-English dictionary

Words you'll see

Microsite
An artiste's own mini-website (their profile page) at their own web address.
Subdomain / address
The bit before .edgencyos.com — e.g. rionraz in rionraz.edgencyos.com.
Account
One login that owns things. A solo artiste's account owns one microsite; an agency's account owns many.
Roster page
An agency's public page listing all its artistes — it fills itself from their profiles.
Rate card
An artiste's prices. Stored privately — never shown on the public page.
Waitlist
Sign-ups from people who want in but aren't building a site yet.
Role (Owner/Manager/Editor/Viewer)
What a team member is allowed to do — see the table in Part 2.
